About Catherine Liguori

Hey Hey!

I’m Catherine, natural light photographer, mother of two, lover of pizza, coffee & sneakers!

For as long as I can remember I've had a camera in my hands, documenting everything I was doing and everywhere I went. In high school I realized this love for taking photos and began dreams to pursue it beyond my youth. The opportunity in those school days never came - so sadly, I lost my passion.

Work and normal-ish life followed in the years after school. Then in 2008, my niece was born! I became almost obsessed with capturing her fleeting moments and rediscovered my passion for photography. It also confirmed my belief in the magic of children, which continues to grow, especially after having my own. The importance of capturing their precious moments before they whiz by in this race of life is a privilege that feels good, natural.

I also have to thank my niece for creating my passion to capture the art of a dancer. Growing up as a competitive dancer myself has deepened my appreciation for now being able to create from behind the lense.
